Prior customer service or auto dealership experience is a plus and we offer training if you have the aptitude and are high-energy. WHAT YOU'LL NEED
At least one year of direct, customer-facing customer service experience with related computer skills (think high-end restaurants or resorts)
Excellent communication skills with a customer focus and friendly, helpful attitude
A smile on your face and in your voice at all times; desire to be the stellar employee
Flexible schedule to cover dealership hours, including Saturdays (four-day work week)
Successful completion/passing of pre-employment background and drug screening (if chosen candidate)
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Welcome guests and handle initial check in paperwork (electronically)
Communicate minor recommendations from the Service Department to the guest
Ensure that customers receive prompt and courteous attention
Take ownership of the guests experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression
Prioritize required services; write the proper documentation for orders
Provide concierge support for all guest inquiries, to assure the guest does not get mishandled
Spend quality time building relationships with our guests
Stand, walk and talk most of your day
